Palmetto Care Connections is a telehealth network that assists healthcare providers in connecting rural and underserved South Carolinians to quality services through broadband, technology, and telehealth programs.

Telehealth refers to a broad scope of remote health care services, including clinical care (telemedicine) and non-clinical services such as provider training, consultations, and continuing medical education.

Built with funds from the FCC Rural Health Care Pilot Program, this innovative and unique network provides a secure, high-performance platform for fast exchange of information between healthcare providers and academic centers.
